The Pixano webshop aims to delight animal lovers with unique, personalized portraits. Below we have collected all the important information to make your purchase transparent and safe.

Products
In our webshop, we create special, unique portraits of your pets in digital format or as printable, illuminated posters. The products are made exclusively based on the photo uploaded by the customer, so each order is unique.
Order
The order is placed through the webshop. After selecting the product, the customer uploads the required image, selects the options, then selects the payment method at the checkout and finalizes the order. We will send you a confirmation of the successful order by e-mail.
Prices
Prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF). The company is not subject to VAT , so the prices do not include sales tax. Before finalizing the order, the system displays all costs (product price, shipping fee, etc.) itemized.
Payment
Payment for orders can be made:
- Online credit card payment through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- By direct bank transfer (transfer details will be sent by email)
- Cash on delivery, cash or credit card
Transport
Handmade portraits (illuminated poster, framed version) will be sent within 1-3 business days after approval via GLS courier service. In the case of a digital product, the final image without watermark will be sent by email.
Completion deadline
Average delivery time from order:
- Digital portrait: 2–5 business days
- Physical product (e.g. light-up poster): 5–8 business days
This time may vary depending on the order quantity, individual needs and the specific period.
Cancellation and modification
Since the products are made individually, at the customer's request, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after finalization (start of drawing or printing). However, an unlimited number of modifications can be requested during the preview phase.
Warranty and complaints
In case of quality problems, the buyer is entitled to free repair or remanufacturing. We accept complaints by email, please attach a picture of the problem.
Data management
We treat the data provided during orders confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties. Our detailed data protection information is available on the website.
