PetGlow™ Illuminated Pet Portrait:

1. Select the product
2. Upload your favorite photos of your pet(s), enter their names, and choose the background and accessories you like best.
3. Place your order
4. After placing your order, our artists will create a preview of your portrait within 3 working days , which we will send via email with a watermark.
5. Order confirmation : If the drawing is not perfect, please let us know by replying to your email – we will modify it until you are satisfied. If you approve, we will start printing.
6. Printing and packaging : We will print, package and ship the portrait within 3 business days of approval.
7. Shipping : Delivery takes 1-2 business days with GLS courier service.
8. Sending an invoice : After your order has been received, we will send you an invoice for your purchase by email.
9. Write a review : Please share your experience in the "Reviews" section on the product page - let all owners see what a special portrait you received!
