According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, or until we send you a preview of the drawing. Since our products are personalized, the withdrawal is only valid until we send you a preview of the drawing. After sending a preview, we are no longer able to accept the cancellation of the order.
